How to build a Pa model
Have you ever asked yourself do I make a paper mache pa?
The maori used to live in or use as a defence for a location. (Made usually on a hill) The pa contains defences inside of it like cannons or towers. It also contains maori huts and a marare.
The first step of making a pa is to plan what you are going to build on a piece of paper. What you are going to plan.
Now cut out cardboard to fit the size you're going to make the pa. Next you it rip or cut strips of paper a glue them to the foundation covering it in strips. Make hills to give your pa a realistic look by scrunching up paper and gluing it on. After you finished wait for it to dry.
The next step is to start picking out which paints to don your pa with. Pa’s are usually found by rivers and lakes for the maori to supply fresh water with. Paint the water blue like all water is then paint the bank brown. If you already have huts, a marae, towers or any building of some sort paint that the suitable colour as well.
After that start finding sticks, leaves moss, anything that you will use for your fence to cover the pa, buildings, cooking stations, storage (etc) Soon as your paint dries the connecting to your landscape will be glued down. The best options are either a hot glue gun or pva glue.
Finally after the glue that you used hardened in place and your pa is painted and edited with huts a marare fences Kumara pits (ETC) your pa that you made is finally done for you to place it on a table, show it to your friends or parents and keep it on display in your room, classroom or living room.

Axolotl report
I class we were writing a report on axolotls. Now its finally finished :-)
Axolotl
General statement
Axolotls are walking Mexican Fish. They are amphibians who spend their whole life underwater.
Axolotls are salamanders and are one of the three branches of class Amphibia, which also includes eel-like order. Their scientific name is Ambystoma mexicanum.
Appearance
An Axolotl is grey or white in colour with black eyes. The colour of an Axolotl depends on its cells. Axolotls can grow up to 30cm in length and weigh from 60 to 227 grams. The Axolotl ages but it remains in larvae from its entire life. Wild axolotls are usually black or chocolate brown.
Diet
Axolotls adapt to eat a variety of food. Their habitat food include Trout and salmon pellets, Blood worms and black worms, earthworms and feeder fish. They often show cannibalism and they suffer from impaction related issue. Axolotls use their teeth grasp rather than bite. They grasp to prevent slippery prey to get away such as earthworms.
Predators
Axolotls have quite a low amount of predators hunting them. The main predatory fish to them is the tilapia and carp. Bacterial contamination is also a threat to the axolotls.
Habitat
The origin of axolotls is the Lake Xochimilco and Lake Chalco of Central Mexico. A high altitude body of water along with risky terrestrial environment is ideal for most neotenic species including axolotls.
Ending statement
Axolotls are an endangered species that scientists are fond of. They have a low amount of predators and are usually called sea dragons. They are transparent when they are in larva form and stop developing on the final stage of larva.

Soccer training
Just a soccer game
Soccer Training/ Little game
A perfect day, Saturday. In the car with to surprise guests with me my nephew Paige and Levi. Staggering out of the Ute because of a late night sleep and forgot until morning to come I was greeted by my team. Our coach Allan had a peculiar look on his face as if he'd seen Paige and Levi before. Suddenly it clicked in his head. He gave the 2 a big greeting for a couple of seconds, after we were straight into it. Commencing off with ball control strolling around cones trying to avoid hitting the small obstacles. Soon after the first activity Allan added a new part to the course, scoring.
Lining up for a turn as I glare at Pranav as his turn was in progress. I was 2 people away. Advarn Levi and me. Giggling a bit as someone hit the side of the goal and hit a person in the back turning back to look at the cones I was in front of the queue. I was soon past the last cone behind Levi as we were a few metres away from goal. Preparing my shot as my foot was behind me, and strike right under the ball. Peering back at the goal as I watch the ball hit Levi in the back. Sprinting to the ball again striking it again with a feeling that floated around my head, whispering friendly fire. Finishing up with a final goal it was game time. Taking striker position, awaiting the pass from Levi, the whistle blew. Booting the ball to wade on the sideline. Slowing marking one of the opposition the ball skimmed my hair.
Right behind me, Levi stopped the ball. Slowly continuing up the sideline with Tuirangi sprinting to the ball preparing a slide tackle. Observing the area for the nearest teammate. With Levi back at defending position and the nearest teammate was by the oppositions goal, I decided to bring it up. Running out of sideline as I was nearly at the end I strike the ball over in front of goal. Watching was all I could do for the next 5 seconds as the ball sat there motionless till goalkeeper kicked it back. Nearing 12:30, the final minute remaining. Goes out game over, Goal game over. Goalkeeper kicked it down, every striker and midfield sprinting at the ball. First to the ball kicking it down to Levi but soon after the ball was kicked out of his legs and over the line. Allan calling us in just to say good game and practice next week.
